职位描述：
Lead the team to monitor and maintain all the IT systems and ensure prodiving the best equipment/software solutions available in the company.

Job Responsibility:

1. Monitor and maintain the different IT devices in the network, including LAN/WAN, Telecommunications, Desktop/Laptop administration services and support;
2. Monitor and maintain all softwares in the company's computers;
3. Ensure daily issues are resolved in a timely fashion;
4. Be resporsible for team building; supervise and train the team members as the team grows;
5. Other tasks assigned by CEO.

Job Qualification:
1.Bachelor or above, major in computer science, IT management or equivalent.
2. 5+ years experience in network adminisrator, with 1+ year as management role;
3. Solid knowledge on Windows network (AD, Exchange, ISA), MCSE.
4.High sense of responsibility, self-motivated;
5.Engaging & influential communication\negotiation skill;
6.Keen observation, analysis and deciding ability;
7.Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
8.Excellent team management and working well under pressure;
9. Proficiency in IT system (Route, switch, computer and telephone system);
10. Good command of written and oral English.
