PRIMARY FUNCTION:
1.Exhibits expertise in product design and validation skills, to make sure all developing 2.products well managed under quality control and product performance had been verified before launching.
3.Exhibits expertise on managing the reliability goal and test. Work with project team to build robust product;
4.Figure out solution for VAVE/NPD/EOL validation schedule.
5.Lead team to enhance their product validation capability.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A． Manage the progress of validation plan, test for platform project including performance and reliability.
B． Implement the validation testing for NPD project according to the project schedule
C. Grasp the international/GB standard content, monitor the new trend and make sure product can fully comply the standard
D. Plan improvement proposal to eliminate customers’ complain through acknowledge the application environment.
E. Analyze application environment. Assess validation method to improve process and tools
F. Approval validation report during the product development stages;
G. Requires the ability to Identifie quality issues which could negatively impact program deliverables and initiates appropriate corrective action;
H. Organize engineering training of the product design and validation skill for the team member;
I. Analyze the reliability design and validate process, perfect the reliability test method suitable and feasible.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
1. Requires a bachelor degree in Electrical related expertise;
2. Effective oral and written communication skills;
3. Technical background, experience in engineering and/or manufacturing for power/on-grid solar inverter products preferred;
4. 5 years experiences in quality control and validation planning and/or 3 years experiences on the leader of qualification/quality position;
5. Experience with New product introductions at global contract manufactures;
6. 90% English proficiency is preferred;
