Role responsibilities:
The Business Intelligence competency team are BAU focused. The team design, develop and continually refine the Analytics and Decision Support catalogue of management, customer; marketing reports, scorecards and dashboards.
The Developer, Business Intelligence role is responsible for supporting the achievement of project deliverables that lead to the development of dashboards and management reports that measure key business performance metrics. The role includes but is not limited to the following activities:
? BI solution design
? Developing and delivering meaningful dashboards and management reporting (using Microsoft BI stack, Qlikview and OBIEE)
? Test and release of new BI solutions
? Continued optimisation of all management, customer; marketing reports, scorecards and dashboards.
? Implementation of and adherence to ‘Best of Class’ process, procedure and governance as delivered by the COE.
? Working with team members of other competencies (Advanced Analytics, Business Analytics, Operations and Information Services) to ensure project deliverables are met on project basis, the BI Developer will work with all Competency teams to ensure that all BI Solutions managed by Analytics and Decision Support are of the highest quality. This includes design, development, test, release and the management of change.

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in computer science or relevant disciplines.
? Minimum 5-year experience in system development, application or solution design roles.
? Good verbal English communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences and/or translate business requirements into technical designs
? Team player with experience in leading and collaborating cross-team and cross-location to ensure project delivery
? Proven experience in data warehouse and report design
? Expert knowledge in enterprise BI tools such as QlikView, SSRS, OBIEE, BusinessObjects, Cognos or others.
? Good knowledge in DB/Query performance tuning and optimization on SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata or others
? Experience in web development on JavaScript, CSS or HTML5 will be a plus
? Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, DevOps processes will be a plus.
