DESCRIPTION
1. Be responsible for a complete recruitment cycle during his/her daily work– including but not limited job launching call, sourcing and selection, candidate presentation, interview arrangement and offer management until the candidate gets onboard.
2. Attract, identify candidates with a variety of recruitment methodologies, such as internal and external posting, referral activities, direct sourcing through job boards and social media.
3. Screen candidates for availability, motivations, employment eligibility, salary expectations, relocation needs and basic qualifications.
4. Coordinates reference checks and employment processing.
5. Build long and enduring relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, potential candidates and agencies.
6. Manage the information in Kenexa, the applicant tracking system, for all positions and assigned candidates including updating of activities. Utilize all system capabilities to maximize the value of the software in optimizing the productivity of staffing-related administrative tasks
7. Other tasks as assigned by the manager
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years of in-house or agency talent acquisition experience.
2. Self-motivated, proactive, responsible and can work under pressure.
3. Strong ownership and good at driving requisition fulfillment through effective sourcing channels (External/Internal Referral, Job boards, Social Medias, Campus recruitment, Agencies, etc.).
4. Good business sense and stakeholder engagement skills.
5. Good English.
