Main Responaibilities:
Responsible for financial target. Achieve the annual target, boost service business
Responsible for service operation excellence. Establish standard operation procedure, monitor service quality, enhance customer service experience and improve customer satisfaction.
Team management. Increase team members ‘skill capability and capacity. To be a mentor for subordinators, monitor their performance, coach them.
Cross team communication. “WIN-WIN”thinking, excellent communicate skill.
Customer oriented. Understand the voice of customer, handle customer complaint mannerly and promptly.
Main Requirements:
Bachelor above degree, engineering background,manager experience
10+ years or more of mechanics and engineering working experience
Good communication skill
Good command of English
