职位描述：

Dow Coating Materials has an exciting and challenging opportunity for Senior Site Logistics Technician located in Songjiang Shanghai.

The Senior Site Logistics Technician takes the responsibility for establishing shipping schedule to meet customer orders and coordinating routine trade compliance activities.

Core Responsibilities:

·Responsible for compliance with Logistics Environmental Health and Safety regulations

·Responsible for shipping and logistics planning and scheduling

·Responsible for daily outbound shipment creation and ensuring on-time delivery

·Responsible for distribution daily outbound plan and internal & external coordination to ensure shipment delivery requirements

·Responsible for compliance with local Customs requirements

·Responsible for communication with broker and preparing customers clearance documents to ensure the imported material on time arrival

·Responsible for identifying potential Trade Compliance issues within daily operations.

·Responsible for data update and maintaining for Enterprise Central Component system setting including route, Pick Pack Lead-time etc.

·Responsible for on-time delivery reporting and other logistics related report

·Responsible for managing service provider performance at the local level

·Responsible for validating that freight costs align with those received from service provider

·Responsible for serving as Order to Cash System, Applications, Products system in Data Processing Super User

·Participate in logistics optimization project

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree preferably majored in logistics, foreign trade etc.
• More than 3 years logistics operation experience, foreign trade is preferred
• 2 years SAP (System, Applications, Products) experience is required
• English Requirement: Cet-6
