DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Lead to formulate, build and manage Starbucks ecommerce project operation in China in order to drive growth and innovation of Ecommerce Ecosystem for Starbucks China
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. STRETEGY DEVELOPMENT & PARTNERSHIP (30% )
- Work with Sr.Ecommerce manager to strategize, plan, develop, and grow Starbucks China ecommerce business.
- Support Sr.Ecommerce Manager resource co-ordination with ecommerce partners/ platforms/market places (such as , Alibaba, Tmall, Tencent ) for the projects.
2. TMALL STORE OPERATION & OPTIMIZATION ( 50%)
- Lead daily managing Tmall flagship store in China to maximize revenue, OI, brand love and innovation in China. Perform day-to-day operation of the Store in working with internal & external cross-functional partners, including store look* feel, product and marketing initiative launch, store daily maintainess
- In co-ordination with category team , to lead and develop Ecommerce product strategy and assortment plan with innovative vison and idea
- Monitor and perform daily, weekly and monthly analysis on Store performance including but not limited to sales, traffic, conversion rate, basket size, search optimization, DSR, top selling & low selling products, UX optimization, ecosystem performance ). Provide input to digital marketing team to optimize user experience and SEO in timely manner. Provide input to marketing & category team to refine sales strategy in timely manner.
- In co-ordination with the digital marketing team, to drive effective, optimization and growth of e-Commerce marketing strategy & promotional planning to maximize revenue generation and probability of online store.
3. VENDOR MANAGEMENT (20%)
- Support vendor evaluation process and ensure vendors submit relevant info for assessment
1) Support Sr.Ecommerce Manager to develop SOW and business process with ecommerce vendors, and work with internal stakeholder to ensure effective and efficient implement and operation of new business process for ecommerce.
2) Liaison with operating vendors, technical, logistics, fulfillment, and customers service partners on daily basis, including but not limited to development, backend, system integration, data management and training matters.
- Prepare and provide training material to vendors and customers service based on product launch & campaign plan (5%)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience on Ecommerce channels/platforms or official website operation.
- Customer and market oriented, and result driving
- Demonstrate strong understanding and appreciation of China Ecommerce and digital business. Proven experience in working with YHD, JD, Tmall, Tencent, etc is a must
- Proven track record in working in a high pressure, time sensitive ecommerce operation environment, and demonstrated ability to handle and follow up multi-tasks in a systematic and professional manner
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, drive revenue and traffic through product & marketing initiatives, customer experience, and operation in an digital/ecommerce business.
- Commercial and technology savvy, with strong data analysis background
- Ability to collaborate in a multi-cultural, complex organization
- Strong analytic and communication skill to all levels of audience
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- University/Bachelors degree
- Postgraduate/Masters degree is a plus
CULTURAL DIVERSITY:
- Fluent Mandarin and English (speak, read and write)
