Key Responsibilities
? Staffing
- Develop & Maintain the effective recruiting channels variously to touch target applicants efficiently and economically.
- Lead the whole Recruiting Process to ensure qualified applicants are selected to fill in vacancies in time including job analysis, CV collection/sourcing/screen, interview, assessment, offer process.
- Continuously drive the recruitment process further improvement of efficiency, consistency and local statues compliance.
- Keep on tracking the potential candidates in offering, on boarding and probation process.
- Responsible for recruiting projects, such as early career talent pipelines.
- Help on manpower analysis report and manage recruitment efficiency.
- Updating recruitment plans, candidate pool, recruiting report.
- To be responsible for maintaining and/or improving employee information database.
? Training & Development
- Assist business training needs understanding and planning.
- Support on training activities delivery.
- Handle PDR process administration with high quality tracking.
? Employee Relationship
- Support on employee relationship issues, such as discipline, redundancy, dismissal and etc.
- Support on employee engagement program/activities
- Support other employee communication activities (if assigned), and etc.
? Policy & Regulation
- Track and update company regulations/policies and Employee handbook to meet business management needs and government requests timely.
- Maintain HR policy management system.
? Others
- Backup all data, files, mails, documents in e-disc quarterly.
- Provide support on other HR functions per request, or other HR related work assigned by manager.
Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated
Education / Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above.
? Business or HR qualification (e.g. HR/Business studies degree) is preferred.
Professional Skills/ Abilities: ? Minimum 2 years work experience in staffing related functions.
? Good at recruitment channel management and talent pool management to get appropriate candidates’ profiles instantly.
? Familiar with China labor laws
? Fluent in oral and written English.
? Proficient in office software.
Personal Qualities:
? Working proactively with result oriented and teamwork spirit
? Timely and high caliber fulfilment of resource requirements.
? Good analytical skills and problem solving skills
? International awareness, good communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong sense of responsibility; Able to work independently and under pressure;
? Quality of HR advice/intervention provided to line managers to support the quality, development, satisfaction and performance of employees.
? Quality of recruitment and training management and reporting.
