Mission of Function
? Ensure right Business Partner selection by independent deep dives and checks. Fast response team for critical findings in terms of Business Partners.

Responsibility
? Supervise Business Partners to comply with XX policies, compliance standards and culture
? Prepare and execute annual background checks of all Business Partners incl. Internet check, Shareholder check (who is the ultimate beneficial owner), critical persons, conflict of interest, former business relationships, etc.
? Develop a central monitoring system based on various sources (e.g. Hotline results, external data, sales data, etc.) for our Business Partners, establish it, run it and constantly improve it
? Develop KPIs how to monitor the sales performance of BPs monthly and develop early indicators when a Business Partner is "at risk"
? In case of red-flags at certain Business Partners act immediately with counter measures and go onsite to check
? Coordinate the visit to Business Partners and visit Business Partners by yourself to monitor them onsite (each BP should be visited at least once a year by a BPM and the central team)
? Develop lessons learned in order to improve our onboard processes
? Support to conduct required trainings (incl Finance/ Compliance related ) to the business partners in responsible sales zones

Qualification
? Working experience >10 years.
? Master degree or above
? At least 3-5 years working experience in TOP MNCs in China as auditor
? Working experience with Finance or Compliance will be a plus.
? Research methods to check company assets, shareholders, bank statements etc.
? Good command of MS Office, especially in Excel and PPT for data analysis
? Very good presentation skills
? Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin as well as English
? Good communication and interpersonal skill
? Extraordinary analytical skills needed
? Eager to learn, self-driven, detail oriented, proactive and motivated to make a difference
