职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Build strong technical engagement with customers.
Lead joint programs with supply chain and OEMs for product application development.
Develop internal testing/characterization capabilities and manage testing projects.
Generate/compile data package and document/publish technical findings.

Education & Experience

MS or PhD (preferred) degree in chemical engineering, catalyst engineering, automotive engineering, or related area.
Minimum of six years’ experience in industrial (R&D experience preferred) environments
Experience of project management is preferred
Customer interfacing experience is preferred
Experience with both testing and modeling is highly desirable

Required Skills

Ability to manage technical projects and deliver results
Ability to summarize technical findings and present to customers
Ability to work independently and drive for understandings/directions
Fluent English required

Desired Skills
    
Working knowledge of internal combustion engines, powertrain (better with hybrid), catalyst, emission testing equipment and methods
Hands on experience in both testing and modeling

Soft Skills

Strong ability to coordinate and collaborate
Project management skills
Customer skills
Faster learner/good publication record preferred
