Responsibility:
1. In charge of the visual merchandising and product related issues of all HAY Stores in China and rest APAC counties.
2. Maintain a core collection of new and existing models for each stores and define and confirm the layout metrics. Manage one complete renewal each quarter per store.
3. Participate the trade fair and event and implement the local level of retail collection defined by HQ. Participate the forecast process together with sales.
4. Monthly and Seasonal product analysis in order to identify the best-selling models, configurations, coverings, functions etc. Continually update a price segmentation analysis per store/Country based on sales and on floor collection;
5. Collect, analyze various countries feedback and liaise with HQ on dropping models, covering and versions.
6. Regular key competitor brand analysis on competitor stores and best-selling models etc.
7. Manage regular, holiday and promotional activities VM tasks including window display preparation and execution according to marketing activities and the branding objective.
8. Support retail operation manager to implement the product training for store level staffs.
9. Design of VM related leaflet, booklet and other store communication material.
10. Supervise & support subordinates’ daily tasks, ensure their development within their roles is managed and encouraged. Their working objectives are in line with team objectives.
11. Other jobs assigned by Sales Director.
Requirements
1. Bachelor or above degree in design or art studies.
2. 8-10 years of related VM experience, including over 3 years in management role, previous experience in interior design or furniture retail industry is a plus.
3. Good design background and concept, can complete design work independently
4. Fluent English is a must
5. Creative, organized with good communication, problem solving and leadership skills, detail conscious, goal oriented mind.
6. Willing to work overtime and travel frequently.
