1.完善企业招聘制度、招聘体系及招聘流程；
2.分析公司人力资源需求，参与制定招聘计划并组织实施；
3.拟定招聘方案，组织实施招聘活动；
4.甄别、选择、建立和维护合适的招聘渠道；
5.进行工作分析，完成职位说明书以及简历甄别和招聘测试、面试、筛选、录用等；
6.制定招聘预算并控制执行；
7.负责招聘、培训、薪酬、考核、员工关系等人力资源日常管理事宜。
8.分析、评估招聘效果；
9.根据行业和公司发展状况，协助制定公司薪酬体系、激励体系并负责实施；
10.起草、修订和完善公司各项行政管理制度和工作流程，并监督各项制度流程的实施。

任职资格：
1.人力资源管理或相关专业本科以上学历，一年以上人力资源管理经验，一年以上招聘工作经验；
2.熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具和手段，丰富的招聘经验及技巧；
3.熟悉劳动法及用工管理相关法律法规；
4.具有良好的职业道德和职业操守及良好的团队合作意识；
5.优秀的语言表达及沟通能力，协调能力、亲和力和明锐的洞察能力和分析判断力。
