Habufa Meubelen B.V. founded in 1964 and based in Hapert, the Netherlands, is an international furniture trade company operating all over Europe and is cooperating exclusively with furniture-retail companies. Besides unbranded furniture, it offers several retail concepts like Henders & Hazel, Xooon, Happy@Home and COCO maison. All the furniture is designed in-house by an international team of designers and produced mainly in Eastern Europe and the Far East. Habufa is known for its high quality products at affordable prices. The Headquarter of the company is in the Netherlands; the company has more than 250 employees. Because of growth of the company and our concepts we are looking for a high skilled motivated Quality Controller Chairs in China who can work according western standards for the region Foshan, Huizhou.
Quality Controller Chairs
We are looking for someone in Huizhou area who has experience in quality control of furniture.
The quality controller is a vital person within our organization.
This person has to enforce our quality at the suppliers and should maintain our way of working. The quality controller is a very important partner to the Head QC and they will have daily communication regarding production status and quality.
Job description QC chairs
- Responsible for the Habufa standard quality.
- Check samples and new productions.
- Enforcing our standards in quality during a full check or a check according to AQL.
- Communicating with the Head QC to inform him/her daily about the production status and possible changes.
- Making a weekly QC report and discuss this with the Head QC regarding checked quantities, approved, rejected or improved.
Requested qualifications / experience
- At least 2 years (working) in quality control of furniture.
- Technical understanding of materials such as PU, fabric, leather, steel and stainless steel and experience in stainless steel products and upholstered products.
- Take responsibility.
- English and Mandarin speaking and writing is a must.
- Could accept flexible working hours.
- Able to work in a team.
- Could cooperate with suppliers and colleagues to achieve the assigned with high efficiency.
- Required to have a good feeling with European and in general Western standards.
- Ability to travel between cities.
- Responsibility of work, proactive behavior and able to work under high pressure.
- Acts and works independently and manage time according to the task.
