Documetation Center Supervisor （Manager） 单证中心主管（经理）

Your Responsibilities
? Be responsible for the day to day work within the team
? 负责日常的单证管理工作
? Ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI met
? 保证服务质量以及满足公司内部的考核
? Have a detailed knowledge of each customer requirement and SOP, ensure operation is conducted in accordance with the SOP
? 了解客户需求，制定相关SOP， 确保单证工作符合操作的需求
? Be able to manage the data input quality in system
? 管理单证中心数据录入质量
? Timely and positivly communicate with ocean team in SGL North China
? 及时有效的与内部相关部门沟通协调
? Proactively work to reduce risk and potential claims
? 预防潜在的投诉和风险
? Ensure proper and timely follow-up in case of irregularities
? 对于突发事件，可以及时的提供解决方法
? Report adequately, regularly and proactively on performance and developments
? 记录/监督/管理/员工工作表现
? Work with ocean team in North China to improve our performance and service
? 与公司内部协调改进工作质量，提高工作效率
? Have and keep proper knowledge of ocean export operation in in SGL North China
? 有相关的海运出口操作知识
? Other tasks assigned by direct supervior or department manager
? 能够承担直属领导分配的任务
? Share best practices and aligned required training demand of Branch/DPOE with SGL North China.
? 分享实践经验，提供培训

We Expect
? Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Ocean function in a multi-national logistics company
? In-depth knowledge of ocean export process with strong leadership skill
? Bachelor Degree or above
? Good service attitude
? Strong at Microsoft office skills
? Independent, strong personal motivation and discipline
? Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
