Report to: Quality Manager
Location: Shanghai SCIP Site
Main Responsibilities:
? Know the ISO9001 well to ensure the implementation of site quality management process including raw material quality, process control quality and finished product quality.
? Lead and direct activities to develop, utilize, and maintain quality systems and standards for chemical manufacturing processes, materials, and products.
? Develops standards and methods for testing, inspecting, evaluating, utilizing quality control and assurance knowledge in conjunction with chemical, statistic, and analysis tools to ensure implementation of product by processes in control and finish goods delivered quality.
? Identify and Manage quality control programs and projects to improve the plant quality control and finish goods quality.
? Develop training materials, quality incident analysis and reports. Conducts training sessions on quality control activities.
? Lead customer issue resolution development and ensure effectiveness of corrective action.
? Develops methods and procedures for, as well as manages the disposition of discrepant material with the consideration of cost, risk, and responsibility.
Main Requirements:
? Bachelor degree
? At least 5 years’ experience in polymer or downstream production facility, with process or quality background
? Major in chemical engineering or related area
? Good communication and troubleshooting skills
? Be proactive and a good team player.
? Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
? Working in international polymer or fiber plant is preferred.
? Certified Internal auditor or external auditor is preferred.
