Expansion Information Security Leader(long-term assignment in Canton)
Major Responsibilities
? Expansion Information Security Leader for Display capacity expansions, reporting to CDT Expansion IAP Manager solid line
– Ensure that all intellectual asset protection / information security policies, procedures, and best practices are followed during the design, engineering, construction, and process startup phases
– Plan IAP activity and resources in alignment with overall expansion project plan
– Specify IAP spending for software/hardware and day-to-day operations
– Ensure IAP training for all project personnel and deploy regular communication plans or promotion activities
– Conduct risk assessment and policies compliance checks
– Documents/Drawings reviewe and release
? Define IAP requirements with Corning Global Security
– Provide input and risk assessment on plant layout to enable effective IAP/information security
– Ensure new plant security systems enable effective IAP
– Coordinate security system installation schedule with IAP risks
– Review access matrix and ensure compliance
? Define IAP requirements with Global Supply Management
– Ensure GSM and CGT information security procedures are followed for projects
– Coordinate with GSM to ensure on site customs inspection & security of equipment receiving
– Facilitate IAP considerations for customs and tax and ensure compliance
? Define IAP requirements with IT
– Manage project specific IT risks
– Ensure IT systems and assets are secure
– Ensure secure data transfer methods are in place
– Ensure secure communication channels are maintained
? Define IAP requirements with HR
– Risk assessment for new hiring candidates
– Ensure Non-Compete Agreement annual review cycle is maintained
? IAP decision facilitation and approvals
– Local coordination for consistent IAP programs with other China locations
– Lead/facilitate project IA risk analysis and decisions, escalate promptly when decisions are not satisfactorily agreed
– Provide guidance to Operations regarding implementation of division IA policies

? Information Security/IAP training, change management & communications
? Information Security/IAP decision facilitation for conflicts between a project needs and an IAP or Information Security policy; risk assessment

? BS in Information Security related discipline, Engineering, or Information Technology
? >5 Years working experience

? Experience in an industrial environment, manufacturing plant, or manufacturing support
? Familiarity with information technology tools for trade secret protection
? Capital project management experience
? Project leadership
? High proficiency in Chinese and English, spoken and written
