工作使命 Misson
? Being familiar with electronic products (mobile phone )and the whole production process quality management熟悉电子通讯产品（手机）的生产整机过程质量管理；
? Develop and improve the process related to product quality to ensure that the product meets the quality requirements and standards of the company in the production phase制定、完善与产品质量有关的流程，确保产品在生产的阶段中，持续符合公司品质要求及标准
? Define the quality specifications and control tools of new products, specify the audit process and ensure the quality of products定义新产品的质量规范和控制工具，规定审核流程，确保产品质量
? Develop inspection standards for raw materials, parts, institutions and finished products, and follow up the quality status制定原材料、零件、机构及成品的检验规范，跟踪后续质量状况；
? Key quality control data audit, quality problem analysis and coordination resolution. 关键质量控制数据的审核，质量问题的分析和协调解决。
? Participate in the establishment of quality management system 参与制定品质管理的制度、流程以及品质工程师的任职标准，为公司的品质管理提供机制保障。
? Participate in inspection of% production per system, provide inspection report. 参与公司每次生产%制验货，提供验货报告。

要求 requirement
? Having 5-10 years of electronic products, communication or mobile phone industry production experience 5-10年以上电子通讯，手机行业质量管理经验优先考虑
? Bachelor degree or above, with English communication ability, reading and writing ability本科以上文凭，具有英语沟通能力，邮件读写能力
? Being familiar with the quality management process, quality inspection process and office software熟悉品质管理流程，熟悉品质验货流程，精通办公软件的操作
? Good communication, coordination , negotiation skills initiative, sense of responsibility; 具有良好的沟通、协调、谈判能力与技巧 , 主动，有责任心
? Communication skills and team work spirit. 善于沟通，表达能力强，有良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神
