职位描述

任职条件:
1.本科以上,三年以上工作经验,办公软件操作熟练.
2.英语口语流利,书写没问题.需提供中英文简历.
3.有工程背景,能看懂CAD,STP图纸。
4.具有独立的市场分析能力,及独立开发客户的能力,主观能动性强;
5.热爱销售工作,为人正直,讲诚信,能吃苦耐劳,头脑要灵活;
6.具备良好的客户沟通能力、商务处理能力;
7.良好的语言表达能力、沟通能力和自我学习能力;
8.高度的工作责任感,能承接市场压力、勤奋工作,有团队合作精神

工作内容:
1、通过各种资源寻找潜在客户,联系并跟踪客户,争取与客户达成合作;
2、执行公司的销售管理制度和销售政策,保质保量按时完成销售任务;
3、进行售前、售中、售后服务,及时解决和上报客户投诉;
4、密切联系客户,掌握客户基本情况和动态,建立健全客户档案。

Condition:
1.Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years experiences, be familiar with office software
2.good on English speaking,listening, reading and writering, need both English and Chinese resume
3.was an engineer before and know about CAD and STP chart
4.could find the new customer by self, and marketing analysis good
5.want to be a sales, and could work hard in strong situation
6.could build good relationship with customer and remain the relation
7.clear language and great communication with customer, could learn by self
8.have strong responsibility and diligent mind in group working

working content:
1.find new customer, bulid the relationship with customer ang get the contract
2.follow the sales policy in organisation,remain the sales QTY above the standard.
3. know about the customer service job, and collect the feedback from customer to submit to superior
4.collect the new customers' detalis and know about and build the base information of customers' files
