Responsibilities

? Take ownership for customer order management. Work closely with customer, commercial team and internal supporting function teams to ensure on-time fulfillment of customer orders. Here is the main activities list:
? Facilitation on order entry and order process
? Work with supply chain and logistics to ensure on time delivery
? Collect and manage customer monthly forecast
? Manage distributor performance base on ordering and delivery standard
? Support product promotion, price adjustment, CR/DR activities base on business needs
? Coordinate on customer on time payment
? Handle customer complaints and etc.

Education required
? Bachelor degree

Experiences
? over 1 year working experience in customer service position. Multi-national company working experience is a plus.

Key skills
? MRP system acquaintance, SAP knowledge is preferred
