职位描述：
Job Title: Customer Service Assistant-3rd party/客户服务助理-三方
Department: Food Solutions/饮食策划
Location: Beijing/北京（大兴区亦庄万源街，有班车）

Customer and Order management:

1. Record every order in EXCEL and make confirmation
2. Operate YUM / NCA order
3. Monitor stock availability and make goods transfer when necessary
4. Combine orders to control cost.
5. Check goods quantity received by customer together with our delivered quantity on a monthly basis.
6. Inform INVOICE CENTER to issue VAT invoice
7. Negotiate with customer to provide routine support.
8. Works supportively and cooperatively with internal and external people even when under pressure.

 AR control:
Control overdue payment and provide setoff details to make every Accounts Receivable clear

Requirements:
1. Excellent on Excel operation
2. Good communication skill
3. Basic data analysis skill
4. Can work under pressure
5. Strong sense of responsibility
6. Must be very careful in this position
7. One year’s working experience is preferred.
8. Customer management experience
9. File management skill
