Job Description:

1.Introduce portfolio of Managed Services solutions and ICT services to achieve a high share-of-wallet in the account.

2.High energy pursuit of opportunities working in tandem with account managers. Opportunity management vs account management.

3. Understand customer’s businesses, and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organisation. Focus on identifying customer’s business challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives through ICT solution sales.

4. Conduct high impact sales presentations and prepare sales proposal. Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.

5. Engage effectively with all levels across a customer’s organisation to include all

C-level executives, negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals.

6.Ensure revenue and profit targets are met.

7.Ensure excellent Customer Satisfaction levels with every Customer engagement.


Job Requirements

1.Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in selling Managed Services which include

Managed Network and DC services, System & Storage solutions, End Point & Unified Communications, Wan Acceleration and Security.

2.Minimally 3 years hands-on sales experience in 1 or more security products, such as:

-Network and Infrastructure Security solutions including: Firewall, IPS, IDS, VPN, authentication, content filtering, patch management, data loss prevention & SIEM; OS-hardening, and Web server security; Vulnerability assessment

-Content (Identity/Application/Data) Security including: Authentication and Digital Certificate knowledge, (such as PKI and Certificate Authority services eg. Microsoft CA), Identity provisioning, Web SSO, Directories, Active Directory

-Mobility Security

-Endpoint Security

-Cloud Security


3.Sales experiences and familiarity with supporting enterprise information infrastructure (eg. server, network, AD background) is highly preferred. Candidate with System Integrator background or a Telco/IT background but specializes in selling Managed Services will be much preferred.

4.Experience in selling Cloud Services will be an added advantage.

5.A degree or higher in IT, Business, Marketing or related field

6.High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result oriented

7.Dedicated & excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8.To be an independent and resourceful team player with a genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support to internal and external customers.

9.Able to travel as needed.

10.English Speaking candidate will be preferred
