What You’ll be Doing:
1. Design fun, engaging, and interactive lesson plans that are targeted to specific learning objectives.
2. Write and edit multimedia show content that is targeted for learning English.
3. Develop and manage projects.
4. Use design thinking to solve problems.
5. Review current curriculum / lesson plans / products, and make improvements.
6. Work with other writers / editors / designers.
7. Create and execute training programs for teachers and school administrative managers.
8. Research and analyze writing / product content and educational standards.
9. Stay current on related scholarly trends.
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in the field of Education / English.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience studying abroad.
3. Minimum of 2 years relative working experience: technical writing / teaching.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Basic knowledge of structure and content of North American language education system.
6. Basic knowledge of kindergarten and the ESL teaching field in Asia.
7. Basic knowledge of principles of methods for curriculum and training design.
8. Knowledge of media production, computer programming, mobile and web technologies is a plus.
9. Knowledge of computer software such as Sony Vegas, Adobe, Publisher.
10. Strong analytical-reasoning and problem-solving skills.
11. Passion for technology and improving education through technology.
12. Ability to think strategically and creatively solve problems.
13. Highly self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
