Key
responsibilities:

Well organizing, managing and coaching team people

Monitor and manage KEWILL master data maintenance,
e.g. product info (article), delivery address (business relation),
transportation equipment, tariff, etc

Issue Monthly McDonald’s domestics business monthly
settlement (AP/AR) reports before the 3rd of each month;

Manage McDonald's and other SVC business P&L;

Monthly analysis covering freight expense, FM
domestics variance, case volume and CPC verification, cost saving. Provide
advisory to management team on business and pricing model and cost analysis;

Manage McD standard freight and other SVC business
pricing;

Managing and filing documents which is related with
HFM daily operation and management (delivery note, settlement checklist);

Work with cost related with damage
verification and settlement timely

Good team player with FM China operation
team and stakeholder, complete work and job on time and with high-quality which
is assigned by senior director;

Manage HFM administration.

Skills:

Logistics accounting knowledge preferred

Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure

Good interpersonal & communication skills

Strong numeral sense

Good time management

Good
computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel,

Be familiar with ERP system, e.g. SAP

Experience:

-At least 5 years’ working experience in logistic/ freight accounting, or
operation/sales administration

Qualifications:

-Bachelor degrees or above in Economic / commercial / Accounting;
