职位描述：
Position: Supply Chain Specialist

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this candidate will be responsible for managing supplier base to support sales, executing and lining up the supplier chain process to meet customer requirements as well as collaborating with internal and external parties to solve constraints in the weekly planning cycle, etc.

He or she also needs to work directly with the imports department in U.S and co-ordinate the shipments requirements.

He or she needs to assure all goods meet customers’ requirements to ship out to customers at lowest cost (consolidation).

Job Description / Job Responsibilities
? Orders follow up
？ - Update the production status and delivery schedule.
？ - Production readiness reporting
？ - Prepare order status summary.
? Shipment follow up
？ - Handle all shipments & shipping issues
？ - Consolidate the goods with suppliers into full container (Product consolidation)
？ - Prepare all shipping documents for shipment
? Manage factory capacity & efficiency
? Supplier performance matrix

Application Qualifications
? 3 years or above working experience in supply chain and Retail, production planning, project management and handling US & Canada shipments (dealing with the customers such as Walmart, The Home Depot, etc.)
? Good written and spoken English
? Good interpersonal and communication skill
? Initiative, self-organized, good learning skill
? Independent, self-motivated and self-directed
? Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
? Strong analytical mind
