Report to: Brand Manager

Scope: Guarantee Customer Satisfaction by delivering quality product On Time.
Job description

？Follow each step of development of our perfume or cosmetic projects
？Record all information and due dates, on daily basis, from customer, from supplier(s) and Engineering team in our ERP system.
？Alert sales/management team about the delay or supplier issues.
？Insure that all suppliers are aware of each open project
？Work with the Packaging Engineer department to follow projects and insure the required ready dates.
？Follow supplier feedbacks on T1/sample’s delivery dates.
？Help and push suppliers to deliver on time T1/samples.
？Work with the QA department to insure the control of T1/sample is done on time.
？Answer to customer’s requirements and questioning.
？Work in collaboration with Project Logistic department to organize parcel of T1, samples, … on time.
？Work with the QC department to insure they have the project ID to well done their control on production.

Job Requirements
     ？Bachelor degree in business administration
     ？Experience in project management
     ？Experience in cosmetics industry is preferred
     ？Excellent organizational skills
     ？Rigorous
     ？Taking initiatives
     ？Responsible, pragmatic, hands-on
     ？Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
     ？Fluent in English and Mandarin
