Coordinate the staff engineer to manage the lab. Work with the Current and New Product Engineering teams at EC to guide testing.
Coordinate the staff engineer to improve the lab test ability include the test equipment and technician professional skill.


1. Formulate test specification, include engine and engine parts.
2. Guide the technician to maintain and manage the equipments.
3. Guide the technician to manage the test data and review the result of the test to ensure that the results are accurate.
4. The operator's daily work schedule and assessment.
5. Be responsible for training the operator.
6. Can give suggestion for improving lab ability include the equipment and management.
7. Responsible for purchasing of testing equipment, technical agreement negotiation and signing.
8. Complete the temporary task given by leaders.


? Over 5 years or above working experience are required, at least 3 years’ experience in the engine test and be familiar with emission and equipment.
? Ability to work under pressure with good problem solving skill.
? Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
? Management exprience is better.

Education
? Mechanical major in internal combustion engine or relative mechanical major.
? Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
