职位描述：
Industrialization Pilot (Engineering)
Company
Our client is a supplier of systems and equipment for aerospace, defense and security.

The Middle office Executive will be responsible of Trade finance, banks relationship management, cash forecast and deposits activities.

Responsibility
1. Engineering Supply Chain Asia :
Sourcing / Purchasing process :
? Support quotation activities during supplier selection process preparing technical data package
? Support quotation activities during supplier selection process answering to technical questions provided by suppliers
Industrialization:
- Be focal point at the Supplier and company level for all parts in industrialization to share and facilitate information and communication or solve technical situation problem
- Pilot primary parts package implementation on technical point of view
- Develop and pilot IS (Simultaneous Engineering)
Mass Production:
       - Support for unexpected technical event and associated root cause analysis
       - Support Design change Request and implementation
Quality:
       - Support product/process/special audit request
       - Support concession eradication plan and corrective action plan

Regular meetings:
       - Daily QRQC project
      - Industrialization meetings

         - Weekly coordination meeting with French Engineering team

2. Job Requirement:
- Mechanical Engineer
- Experience in Catia for drawing analyse
- Experience in Quality Tools (8D, AMDEC, 5 Whys, Risk Analysis, …)
- Good oral and written communication skills (French as a second language preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Job Location : Xi’an or Shanghai (to be discuss)


Requirement
Graduate Level : Engineer (Bac + 5)
Languages : Chinese / French / English

Skills and experience required :

- Minimum 2 years experience
- Mechanical Engineer
- Experience in Catia for drawing analyse
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Experience in Quality Tools (8D, AMDEC, 5 Whys, Risk Analysis, …)
Good oral and written communication skills (French as a second language preferred)
Autonomous / Rigorous / Spirit oriented on performance
- Capacity to take decision
- Mobility China / Asia (25 % working time)
