职位描述：
? Spares supply chain responsibility for lifecycle status at NPI/ Sustaining/EOL phase.
? Manages NPI implementation with global and regional planning and buying by creating, communication and monitoring NPI timeline.
? Gather data and Complete both global / regional attributes at NPI/Sustaining phase in SAP, include support BOM setup.
? Collect/consolidate /Release NPI Spare PN readiness, Monitor & escalate global/regional FSD readiness
? Monitor & escalate FSD readiness and report LOA at FSD
? Responsible for achieving operational excellence including on-time NPI support and master data accuracy rate for all responsible spare PN
? Coordinate Engineering change (ECO Management) and make sure System is timely reflected with the minimum impact on operation
? Work as an global/regional escalation point for Customer/Field Spare Parts Escalation , filed quality issues, Master data issue, etc
? Coordinate among regions for any cross region related issue like regional allocation of global stock
? Handle and resolve daily operational challenges
? Assure MD accuracy based on regional/ global business requirements, and Master Data Governance & Quality
Qualification:
? Bachelor degree or above.
? Education in English, Supply chain, engineering or project management is preferred.
? 5 + years working experience in services/supply chain
? Proven ability to lead, direct and motivate the other professionals toward organizational goals & objectives.
? Capable of data analysis using excel, access etc.
? Self-starter and independent thinker.
? Capable of managing in a matrix environment.
? Must have strong people skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Experience in developing business plans/proposals
? Innovative thinker with analytical/problem solving skills
? Understanding of operations management concepts.
? Willingness to take ownership and risks.
