职位描述：
Major Responsibility：
Synthesizes and analyzes market, competitor and customer data (such as financial performance, behaviors, investment and future strategy) to build a comprehensive view of key challenges and opportunities in the industry
Generate timely, accurate, and relevant intelligence and propose strategic, financial, or operational changes to support business growth
Deliver short-term and long-term market forecast
Build scenario analysis by mapping pro/con of strategic options and recommend optimal strategy
Support on business strategy projects, involving in cross functional projects such as Pricing, Product line management or commercial technology
Track Telecom industry trend through industry news, cold calls, 3rd party reports etc. Conduct customer visit and expert interviews by request

Education & Experience：
B.S. Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Finance related field required
MBA or Master Degree preferred
Experience working with multinational companies
Experience with telecom industry preferred
Experience in strategy, business development, commercial operations, product management, pricing preferred

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities)：
Minimum of 2 years working experience in multinational companies, strategy or marketing analysis function preferred
Clear logic and strong analytical skills, strategic thinking
Ability to build financial models and run scenario simulations by manipulating large datasets in Excel (Functions, Macros, Charts, etc.)
Fluency in working with PowerPoint to create executive level presentations
Fluency in English is required (Reading, Writing and Verbal communications)
Experience in participating/leading complex projects with track record in successful project management
Ability to present a point of view or position with supporting data/logic
Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of assigned projects
Good personality, able to work with cross functional teams
