Description
The position is to provide the leadership in driving geo & channel expansion via final-tier development with close collaboration with the region managers. The incumbent will have to manage and work closely with selected outsourced agenc(ies) in identifying, selecting, supporting and eventually managing final-tier resellers in targeted cities.
Position objectives
- Own the final-tier development & engagement plan and execution
- Manage outsourced agenc(ies) to execute the plan
- Increase SanDisk's presence in targeted cities via engagement of final-tier resellers
- Execute SanDisk programs, primarily consumer and final-tier programs, via the established network of engaged final-tier in targeted cities
Responsibilities
- Own the final-tier development plan, inclusive of but not limited to, selection & training of resellers, merchandising & POSM support, sell-thru reporting and necessary activities to assure the productivity of the engaged resellers
- Manage the outsourced agenc(ies) on a daily basis, including the development of the weekly work plan, program/performance evaluation, training, productivity assurance and other necessary activities required to attain the objectives
- Work closely with the regional managers to develop and manage the final-tier resellers in the targeted cities
- Manage assigned budget to execute necessary final-tier and consumer programs
- Lead and mange on ground manpower BDRs to achieve final tier management and expansion among the region.

- Resellers sell-in in targeted cities
- SLA management of the outsourced agenc(ies)
- Number of active final-tier in targeted cities
- Reseller sell-in reporting
- Productivity of the outsourced agenc(ies), in particular of promoters and mechandisers

Requirements - essential
- university graduates, with a minimum of 8 years work experience in sales, marketing or a professional service firm
- experience of working with/in distribution channel a must
- detail minded and excellent self-discipline; be able to attend to details
- people management experience
- excellent communication with people at all levels
- experience of managing outsourced agencies
- willingness to travel and work irregular hours
Requirements - preferred
- experience in the IT industry
- experience in the FMCG industry
