岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
- Work together with vendor.
- Manage process of external and internal system test, ability to go-live system
- Focus on system structure, setting and auditing. Discover, collect, analyze and solve problems.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of HRIS, involved in specific projects.
- Help Managers, Employees, Administrators and HRBPs to navigate through self-service portal
- Work as system admin to provide service to all China Site C&Bs.
- System problem solving and debug with IT and vendor if necessary.
- System updating management for any change requests or new projects.
- Be fully responsible for payroll services within responsible areas on timely and accurate basis, including payroll, close-out, allowance, 13th monthly salary, bonus, reward payment, individual income tax, etc.
- Work together with leader to establish and manage the overall payroll process and system by ensuring that the team is following company procedures (payroll run, check, e-banking, etc.), ensure payroll calendars and relevant information are developed and communicated to impacted parties; Utilize methods of continuous improvement and implements improved methods for processing.
- Communicate with cross functional department and all level employees.
- Other projects and responsibilities assigned on an as needed basis
任职资格:
Bachelor degree or above
Strong understanding of HR data elements and dependencies.
Project implementation / Support experience in HRIS or working with technical and non-technical teams in a project environment
Good English communication skill and Vendor Management Skill.
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills including Excel, Word, PPT
Teamwork – good interpersonal skills essential and must enjoy working in a team environment;
Ability to work under high pressure and take initiative on leading change
Business and detail oriented
