职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning, executing and measuring Communication activities and campaigns/events, with a strong focus on Branding, in order to guarantee the public image and perception of Air Liquide China, and develop its brand awareness and visibility.
2. Guide and assist project team to handle all permits of the construction process.
3. Provide help to operation team to update existing certificate.
4. Build and keep good relationship with Local Authorities, write and submit related report to Government.
5. Potential risk identification and report timely, and propose effective and feasible solutions.
6. Attend IRC internal and external audit, prepare audit inspection document, organize center and regional team audit preparation work, collect audit result and finding, follow up corrective action implementation

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 5 years work experience with chemical or engineering company.
3. Excellent communication skill, as well as the ability of building up the good relationship with the authorities.
4. Excellent analytical, assessment and verbal skills and able to work under pressure.
5. Working experience of investment project / facility operations, especially of company set up and permitting management is preferred.
6. Hold the certified safety engineer’s qualification certificate.
7. Fluent in both oral and written English.
8. Good computer skill.
