职位描述：
Roles/Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with the Regions (Switzerland, Italy, U.S.A., and Asia operations) on sourcing needs and cost objectives. Proactively search, identify, and qualify suppliers to support PAC Team Group operations in order to drive growth and innovation
? Build relationships with Regional Leaders, Senior Management, and cross-functional partners and communicate when/where needed
? Work with Regions, Project Management, and Quality to ensure the right suppliers are selected (processes, capabilities, competencies, cost, quality, compliance, etc…) for the specific projects.
? Ensure all identified supplier issues are clearly understood by project teams and escalated as appropriate to ensure all products meet regional, engineering requirements and customer expectations
? Work with Quality and suppliers to drive cost reduction and ensure projects from suppliers are delivered on time, with the right quality and cost
? Responsible for the Supply Base relationship and work with cross-functional team to ensure smooth delivery of projects and drive issues to resolution in a timely manner
? Conducts weekly reviews with sourcing team to ensure supplier issues are clearly understood, projects are on schedule, and communicates status/issue to Regions, Project Management, and Quality
? Visits new factories on an ongoing basis for the categories of product and technology that PAC TEAM works with (packaging, displays, furniture, electronics, etc…) and creates supplier visits reports ( with contact numbers, name, photos, client and photo of samples, etc…)
? Develop and maintain a Supplier Portal or database of suppliers and ensure information is updated and kept current
? Ensure all suppliers sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and other compliance documents. File and maintain documents for record keeping
? Responsible and work with suppliers to meet PAC Team compliance requirements such as CSR, RoHS, REACH, CTPAT, Conflict Minerals, Restrictive Materials and others where required by customers
? Maintains a Material Library of materials and samples such as fabrics, leatherette, veneers, paints, effects, technology ( 3D print), etc…
? Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies and be proficient in negotiation skills and familiar with pricing of goods and able to bid with multiple suppliers each time
? Keep current with new discoveries and technologies of the products and processes we used in PAC Team. Attends fairs/exhibition and produce reports on new discoveries
? Develop and enhance the Supplier Qualification, Evaluation, and Assessment processes
? Develop and implement Supplier performance and development processes
? Develop Supply Base Risk Management process
? Collaborate with Quality to improve supplier quality capabilities, competencies, processes, tools, training, and execution
? Develop and implement Supplier Segmentation and Scorecard (KPI) – such as Quality, Delivery, etc..
? Build and manage relationships with regions, suppliers, and team members
? Conducts meetings as needed with team members. Demonstrates leadership by working through others to resolve issues.
? Establish performance management objectives for self and direct reports, and conduct regular performance reviews.
? Provide mentoring and coaching for career growth.
? Develop and implement new or improve project management processes where necessary and get alignment with regions
? Other duties deemed necessary to support the Company’s business operations

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
? Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Mandarin. Fluency in Cantonese or other dialects is preferred
? Able to work and communicate across different cultures, diversity, and gender
? Have work with multi-national companies
? Expertise in one or more key manufacturing processes (e.g. assembly, machining, plastic injection molding, electroplating, painting, etc.)
? Proven ability to resolve issues
? Proven ability to coach and develop others
? Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills ?
? Proven ability to interpret standards, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc…
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Self-motivated and be resourceful in finding new suppliers
? Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, and procedures
? Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs ?
? Be detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through skills ?
? Ability to manage upward and downwards

Minimum Education and Experience Required: ?
? Bachelor degree in an engineering field or other related technical degree
? Master degree or CPIM certification is preferred
? Minimum ten (10) years experience in sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, or process engineering in the luxury-display or related industry
? A minimum of five (5) years experience managing a group of people
Special Job Requirements:
? May required long, varied work hours at times
? Able for international travel to U.S. or Europe
? May require frequent availability and communication during non-standard business hours to communicate with global team members
