Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)

• Brings subject matter expertise in operational efficiency and drive changes into current process and procedures

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

• Review work processes in all areas of service delivery at the step by step operational level, - sequence and content – with the objective of maximizing efficiency, look for waste to eliminate following LEAN principle
• Put together T&M study assessment reports and recommendations for management decisions
• Owns the maintenance of the existing procedures and templates related to T&M
• Evolves exisiting work load matrix based on new products and changes made to the motion
• Carry out client specific requirement assessment in term of time and motion impact to the standard field inspection procedure
• Work with the technical governance team to upgrade training material
• Work with PSD on program requirement streamlining and operationalisation
• Provide direct training to service delivery teams and support functions on LEAN and value stream mapping so the concept is used across the organization in all aspect of the daily work

Qualifications:

• Graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering or related course.
• Expertise in LEAN methodology including but not limited to Value stream mapping
• With at least five (5) years’ experience in systems audit and work measurement/standards setting gained from manufacturing set-up
• With experience on methods engineering, work simplification acquired from manufacturing firms

Proficient in MS Office
