Fungicide portfolio manager
1. Develop and execute fungicide portfolio strategy and tactics to meet the short and long term business and financial target with effective cross functional communication
2. Develop brand plan and strategy for effective product lifecycle management.
3. Lead in fungicide market development and new product introduction.
4. Lead in fungicide marketing campaign building, communication and execution.
5. Work closely with regional/global fungicide team for strategy and business development
6. Actively network with sales team to understand customer needs, competitor activities and relevant market changes, to gain market intelligence and insights.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in agriculture related.
2. 8+ years working experience with at least 3 years marketing experience in agrichemical fields.
3. Fluent English in read, writing, listening and speaking.
4. Proficient knowledge of agribusiness markets, crop protection industry, understands customer needs, understands market dynamics and competitive environment.
5. Good Team work spirit, excellent communication skills, initiative and the capability to assess new product in agrochemical fields, capability of opportunity assessment and recommendation.
