This role will:
Advocate, evangelize and enable data-driven analytics that help grow Corporate business and customer base.
The role will require the incumbents become an expert on our datasets. Provide insight into leading analytic practices, design and lead iterative learning and development cycles, and ultimately produce creative analytic solutions contributing to team overall deliverables.
The role will work with cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize actionable, high-impact analytics opportunities across Retail and Commercial banking areas. Research, design, implement and validate cutting-edge analytics and data visualization techniques to demonstrate targeted outcomes.
Experience in one of the following disciplines, operations research, mathematics, applied statistics, data mining, machine learning and computer engineering is preferred. The incumbents need to have a good understanding of statistical and predictive modelling concepts, machine-learning approaches, clustering and classification techniques, and recommendation and optimization algorithms.
You will have the opportunities to wear both hats as product manager and engineer. Develop analytics solutions to influence the thinking of everyone around you and further contribute to revenue generation and customer experience improvement.

Requirement:
Excellent communication skills in English. For lead and manager roles, strong project leading skills for lead and manager roles, a demonstrated track record of managing multiple development projects, ability to develop and foster relationships with the business, attention to detail, strong understanding of the analytics development lifecycle. For all advanced analytics roles, experience with data extraction, Excellent problem solving skills, Previous experience with exploratory data analysis and predictive modelling. Business knowledge in Retail, Commercial banking or general product sales and marketing areas. Experienced in structured and unstructured data is an asset.
Familiar with one of the following tools: SAS, R, Python, Matlab, etc.
