Job Description 工作描述
1. Clients prospecting;
挖掘潜在客户，并与客户建立良好合作关系；
2. Build and update property related databases including Identifying and
aggregating key data;
建立并更新相关产业数据，并将重要数据进行定量和定性分析；
3. Industrial property transaction negotiation and documentation;
工业地产交易谈判以及相关文案撰写；
4. Client relationship development;
客户关系发展和维护；
5. Cold call and outside visit needed;
运用直销、陌生拜访等方式积极挖掘客户；
6. Other daily operations as advised by Manager;
完成经理安排的其他日常工作；
Key Result Areas 主要岗位职责：
1. Client satisfaction;
满足客户需求；
2. Revenue generation;
完成销售目标，增加利润；
3. Teamwork;
团队协作；
Requirement 职位要求
1. University Degree or higher;
大本及以上学历；
2. Outgoing personality;
开朗、积极；
3. Hard working team player;
工作努力热情，具备团队合作精神；
4. At least 1 year related working experience;
至少一年相关工作经验；
5. Work experience in real estate/manufacturing/ logistics/consultant a plus;
房地产、工业、物流、咨询等相关行业工作经验优先考虑；
6. Fluent Mandarin and English;
流利普通话及英语;
7. Strong interpersonal, communication skills.
良好的人际关系处理能力和沟通能力。
