Ocean Export Documentation 海运出口单证

Key Tasks:
1 Make HBL processing according to documentation processing for Ocean Freight Exports Shipments.
2 Input system according to Shipping Instruction to customer in time and ensure the veracity of lading bill.
3 Take up additional task as assigned.
4 Cooperate with Internal and External Partners
5 Report to Supervisor in time if something happen special.
工作职责：
1 按照海运出口文件的操作流程制作海运提单
2 及时更新系统确保提单的准确无误
3 主动完成主管分配的其他工作任务
4 具备良好的团队合作精神
5 及时向主管汇报工作情况，特殊事件。

Skills & Competencies:
1 Have relevant knowledge of freight forwarding/logistics;
2 Familiar operation process;
3 Understand and agree with company SOP and core value;
4 Good communication and time management ability;
5 College Degree or above, familiar operation of Office Software, careful and have relevant experience is better.

2 熟悉操作流程，工作细心，认真负责
3 了解并认同公司的操作流程和价值观
4 具有良好的沟通表达能力、很强的服务意识、积极细致的工作态度和强烈的责任感
5 大专及以上学历，专业与货代、物流、贸易等相关优先；
