Key Attributes:
?CREATIVITY: ability to take large amounts of data and boil down into concise "decision making" information
?COMMUNICATION: ability to communicate, both verbally and written, to convey appropriate messaging, taking into consideration content and audience
?PROBLEM-SOLVING: ability to think strategically when needed, and tactically when needed, in order to troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise
Be Accountable for the below areas:
?Support North America TAA business via quoting for costed BOMs and maintenance of the BOMs as the pricing changes
?Ensure accuracy via monthly PO Audits, reconciling actual cost versus invoiced cost
?Support pricing variance process through validation of appropriate costs
?Support quarterly/annual spend process, working with Partner Business Managers to forecast and track total spend at each Contract Manufacturer
?Work with Contract Manufacturers on identifying and resolving anomalies as they relate to cost
Knowledge and Skills Required:
?Fluent in English and Mandarin – capturing/translating of technical data/info between the two languages without the loss of its meaning
?Strong background in cost management
?Good understanding of accounting principles and appropriate application
?Strong leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and management
?Strong project management skills, with capability to manage cross functional teams in multiple geographies.
Education and Experience Required:
?Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Accounting: Advanced Degree preferred
?Typically 10-15 years of experience in procurement, buying, accounting or finance
?Successful in Leadership Roles
