职位描述：
Requirement
1.University level degree in Finance/Accounting. 5 years or plus of Accounting and Analysis experience,
2.Knowledge of China GL accounting and of accounting software or ERP,
3.Experience in a Trading Company, eg. tax issues like declarations and refunds Good knowledge on PRC tax compliance and tax planning with hands-on experience; experience with customs
4.Organized, disciplined work ethic committed to adhering to deadlines, able to work in a fast paced environment.
5.Good at Microsoft Office Software, Native Mandarin speaker and good command of English in both writing and speaking.
6.Experience in office administration, willingness to overtake administrative tasks.
Responsibility
1.Set up the payment on bank, Prepare the general transaction on ERP;
2.Issue Tax invoices, prepare and submit tax declarations.
3.Dealt with the Customs information and its related invoices to Exempt & Refund system of State Tax authority;
4.Prepare documents and information for audits, eg. reports submitted Chinese Authorities and to the German Headquarter
5.Check and approve the expense reimbursement;
6.Office management/administration, incl. travel management
7.HR support
8.Other jobs allocated from superior.
