职位描述：
主要职责 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 根据公司配货及调货原则和客户实际需求，制定并执行货品配、调计划。
According to the distribution principle of the company and the customer requirement, set down and implement the goods distribution plan.
2. 根据市场信息，提供库存商品的预警通知，协助减少公司产品库存。
According to the market information, provide inventory warning notice. Assist to reduce company inventory.
3. 负责在保证供应的前提下，以最经济的物流方案保证物流的运转。
Be responsible for the goods delivery, choose the most economical logistics solutions to ensure logistics smoothly operation.
4. 关于货品的配货物流情况，及时完成与销售、客户、财务三方的数据核对工作。
Coordinate logistics and warehouse departments and other department to support sales, Merchandising and Finance department daily work.
5. 对下属的工作质量、进度负责。
Supervise and execute subordinate work plan.

职位要求 POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. 教育背景与专业Required Education Background & Specialty：
大专以上学历，物流管理类专业。
College degree or above, major in logistics management.
2. 工作经验年限Years of Working Experience：
5年以上服装行业物流工作经验，至少3年以上同等职位工作经验。
More than 5 years working experience in garment industry logistics, at least 3 years equivalent experience.
3. 语言能力Language Skills：
国语：优秀的听、说、写能力Mandarin :Excellent listening, speaking and writing skill
英语：良好的听、说、写能力English :Good listening, speaking and writing skill
4. 电脑技能Computer Skills：
熟悉Office办公软件操作，ERP软件系统操作。
Familiar with MS Office and ERP operation.
5. 综合素质 Integrated Ability：
1) 良好的沟通表达能力 Good communication skill
2) 细致、对数据敏感 Detail oriental, sense to figure
3) 良好的条理计划性 Good organization skill
4) 良好的组织协调能力 Good planning coordination skill
6. 专业经验及工作技能Professional experience & working skills：
1) 熟悉物流运作流程。
Familiar with logistics operation procedure.
2) 擅于评估与分析适合的物流供应渠道。
Good at evaluate and analyze suitable logistics supplier channel.
3) 擅于应对突发事件。
Good capabilities to handle emergencies.
7. 其他要求Other Requirements：
服装行业物流工作经验。Garment industry logistics working experience is preferred.
