Synopsis:
As a Recruiter, Recruitment and Employee Development at EF English Live, you will be the partner with Managers’ to deliver key initiatives for the business. Support changes in culture by identifying and influencing amendments to existing policies, practices and communications.

You will be responsible for:
Recruitment 招聘
? Work with Manager to develop and implement resource and talent management plans to meet business and succession requirements
? Identify opportunities at business level
? Recruit front line positions for different functions (sales, service, operation, etc,)
? Liaison with search firms and manage channels (online job postings, etc.)
? Develop new recruitment channels, i.e. HH, searching new vendor etc.
? Campus recruiting and job fair, alumni
? Reports: Data collecting and data analysis (Turnover, Retention, onboard, left, CV data); Integrating data for Monthly reports (with standard format)
 
Training 培训
? New staff onboard training -Orientation
? Coordinate and support function training and development projects
 
Employee Development 员工发展及员工活动
? Involve in potential’s development plan and Career path
? Support function managers coach and mentor high potential employees
? Staff transfer and promotion process coordination
? Support and coach line managers on Performance Review
 
Employee relationship 员工关系
? Build personal relationships with Senior Managers and key stakeholders to foster collaborative working
? Support organizing staff events
? Labor law consulting
? Support line managers on urgent cases/labor dispute
? Engagement survey

You have/are:
? Role model of EF Core Values, great culture fit
