Aftermarket China & some OE customers’ service parts business
7. Major Responsibilities
A. OES product manufacture manage - 70% of time
- Work as aftermarket representative in LVLB and do the on-site troubleshooting in OES manufacture.
- Daily coordinating manufacture supplier (LVLB) to meet OES sales request, including check the inventory, inspect the raw material, equipment and fixtures, quality inspection.
- Maintain the manufacturing equipment & process documents periodically
B. Assist in OES new manufacture project launching - 20% of time
- Tracking & qualifying the equipment, tooling and fixtures with suppliers, and be responsible for new project’s trial-run.
- New projects documents preparation
C. Manufacture process improving -10% of time
- Control the defects related with manufacturing process and improve it in production

8. Key Performance Measures

- No delay of OE riveting project.
- Satisfy OES sales request of LT & quality regarding riveting and filling products.
- Solving relevant problem during manufacture together with LVLB.
9. Education & Qualifications
9a. Essential
- University degree
- Fluent English both oral & written
9b. Desirable
- Major in Engineering or Automotive preferred
- Good knowledge of products, manufacturing and application technology, braking, steering, occupant safety preferred
10. Key Skills
10a. Essential
- Skilled in use of MS Office
10b. Desirable
- Good project management skills (presentation and negotiation) preferred
- Good reporting and documentation skills
11. Experience
11a. Essential
- At least three years’ work experience in relevant job
11b. Desirable
- Work experience in Auto industry is preferred
