职位描述：
PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Assess and select suitable channel for sourcing of candidates. Internal referral procedure management, job posting and recruitment website update, talent database management.
2. Manage and execute recruiting operations from H/C requisition to offer-making, including communicate with hiring manager, resume screening, management of interview process, selection and offer proposal;
3. Track status of recruitment progress and provide recruitment report;
4. Organize onboarding and joining formalities for new employees;
5. Employee leaving procedure management;
6. Employee data management, org-chart update;
7. Performs duties consistent with the company’s goals and policies;
8. Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
1. Good English skill, able to communicate in speaking;
2. At least 3 years working experience in HR area, shoes industry and MNC experience preferred;
3. Degree holder with majors in HR Management/Business Administration/English or other equivalents;
4. Strong and experienced in recruitment function, familiar with HR system and reports.
5. Positive and proactive, good interpersonal skills;
6. Good communication skill and sense of team spirit. 举报 分享
