Position Summary:
1.Business Solutions help to address the business needs from training and development perspective. This role creates linkage between business needs and people solutions by establishing the training solution for different levels of organization and required people capabilities supporting organization capabilities; and design training and development processes to ensure integrated training and talent management are rolled out at each stage.
2.Perform an active role in communicating and training employees with the company value and principles. Promote a learning environment with the company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Identify training needs through business understanding and effective methodology such as joint call, survey, interview, conversation, competency gap analysis, etc.
2.Design, implement and deliver training plan for China team to enhance professional skills and leadership development. 3.Develop plans and programs to affect positive change in behaviour.
4.Develop and update training courses and materials, provide input and feedback to other teams regarding the development and delivery of effective training materials and programs.
5.Provide coaching after in-class trainings and feedback to optimize training result and process with high effectiveness.
6.Design the talent development guiding framework, set up the process, policy and tools of talent development.
7.Assess learning needs and identify performance gaps. Develop career path and define assessment, criteria for key job thresholds to ascertain necessary professionalism, qualification and skills are attained for career progression.
8.Launch, develop and implement various talent development programs (eg. Trainee Programs) and leadership development initiatives to develop and retain talents.
9.Manage and develop the team of internal trainers.
10.Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation.
 Skills & Requirements:
Fluent in English - oral and written communication skills;
Certified trainer
Structuring thinking, planning and coaching skills
A good team player, influencer and cross-function communicator
People-oriented, proactive and passionate
Service-oriented
Able to work in an international environment
Strong computer software skills (Windows package, Intranet design)
Education & Experience:
Education: Bachelor degree as must, advanced degree (Master) desirable
Experience: Desired experience in training plan and delivery with multinational company for at least 5 years. Experience in leading or managing leadership or talent development programs as a plus.
