职位描述：
Job requirements：
1、Over 5 years `experience in quality management , Automotive industry experience perfered);
2、Bachelor degree ,or above. Good English ；
3、Good communication skills and Ability to work under pressure .persistent；
4、Self-motivited, results oriented, Willing to learn；
5、Good command of APQP；
6、Skillful in PFMEA、CP、MSA、capability, 8D、SPC；
7、Experienced in ISO 9000, IATF16949, skills to develop and improve quality process/procedures。
Major Responsibilities：
1. Collect and review customer quality requirements;
2. Develop internal quality control standards based on customer quality requirements， including PFMEA，control plan, SIP,visual acceptance criteria;
3. Train and monitor to ensure implementation of quality standards;
4. Validate the manufacturing process capablity to meet customer requirements;
5. Handle customer complaints, and ensure the customer satisfaction ,prevent quality problem from happening again ;
6. Continuously collect customer voice and improve the customer satisfaction;
