Job Title: Plant GM
Industry: Automotive
Location: Wuhan

Main responsibilities:
P&L owner, provide business leadership to all functions to meet key performance indicators of the Company, and be responsible for all functions management including manufacturing operations, HR and finance etc.

Key requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of GM/Plant Manager experience in a medium to large-sized mfg facility
2. Significant experience in machining cast iron/aluminum sub-components + assembly of safety-critical automotive components is highly desired
3. Direct experience (as a general manager/plant manager) in a manufacturing site that experienced significant growth
4. With a diverse background in mfg environment (mfg engineering, quality, materials mgmt, finance, etc.) in addition to the GM/Plant Manager experience is highly desired
5. Strong leadership and people management capability
