1. This position is for shortterm, and the working period is fulltime from Sep to Dec to finish all the documentation.
2. Communicate with different BUs to know about all process
3. Map all the processes and give a clear filings to other BUs for cooperation.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills in English & Chinese.
2. Very organized and ensure things and project been tracked well and finish before deadline.
3. Excellent Office skills, especially PPT & WORD.
4. Fourth campus year Internship preferred.
5. For experienced office secretary, the salary could be negotiated according to ability.
PS. There would be opportunity to get employed after graduation, according to business development.schedule.
