职位描述：
岗位目的：
？协助国内销售经理完成部门目标；
？负责与海外现有客户及潜在客户保持高效的工作关系；
？业务和客户关系发展；

主要职责：
？与客户沟通协商，以便提供有关产品和服务的信息，接受订单，或获得投诉的详细信息；
？与销售工程师跟踪现有的业务预测、物流和付款流程；
？记录客户交互和交易记录，记录询问、投诉和评论的详细信息，以及采取的行动；
？为客户开发票，负责公司财务部与客户之间的帐务核对；
？联络客户以回应询问或通知他们任何计划的调整；
？参与项目招投标进度；
？准备采购要求并生成销售订单给ERP系统 ；
？对提交文件/招标文件/报价/订单/合同保持良好的归档 ；
？与生产计划部门协调，以满足客户的要求和满意度；
？维护和更新客户信息或文件；
？营销材料的准备与管理；
？现场工具和备件物流支持；
？销售活动的支持；
？部门经理安排的其他工作。

核心能力及任职资格要求：
？本科或以上学历；
？3年以上工作经验，有建筑产品或建筑公司工作经验尤佳；
？性格开朗，有较强的沟通和写作能力；
？熟练操作办公软件如：Word，Excel，Power Point；
？良好的口头及书面英语；
