本岗位要求：
施工现场工作，包括人员管理、现场安全维护管理、施工现场作业管理等
企业内部环境、健康、安全工作及相关培训工作
Job Description
1 Participates in the selection of employees withing EHS group, plans for future needs, and works to fill vacancies
2 Influencing leaders to promote proactive work place health and safety management systems
3 Reports monthly on EHS performance at site level and ensures all required training is completed at location level
4Collaborates in industry and governmental EHS activities to share knowledge, influence decision making, and promote brand
5 Facilitates transfer of EHS knowledge
6 Provides technical and regulatory compliance expertise and support
7 Develops plan for EHS in newly acquired businesses and at new sites while under construction
8 Implement of the safety audit annually
9 Ensures accident and incident investigation
10 Implement Behaviors Based Safety
11Ensures all regulations (Cargill and country) are followed and reports to government and Cargill are accurate and timely. Leads negotiation of business critical governmental authorizations and disputes.
Job Requirements
1 4 years or above science or engineering degree
2 5-10 years EHS management experience relevant to industrial processing or proven capability to work on this level.
3 Fluent Mandarin
4 High level of written and verbal English
5 Familiar with country and local regulations
6 Understanding of mechanical, chemical and process operation
7 ISO/other certification
8 Leadership skills: basis Integrity /conviction/courage: Adaptable,Broad perspective,Sense of priorities ,Motivates for high performance , Decide discuss support, Ensure and accept accountability ,Functional knowledge in risk management and technology
9 A good team player
10 Good communication skills excellent in verbal, presentation and written
11 Good interpersonal /Influencing skills, analytical and strategic skills,deep knowledge of existing and anticipated internal and external EHS requirements, customer needs, competition and EHS stakeholders
12 Interdependent behavior, ability to manage and lead multiple matters /projects simultaneously
13 Have innternational experience,training skills and Plant operation experience
